“Lire en fête” (Celebrating Reading),a literary rendezvous, established since 1982 by the French Ministry of Culture and organised by the French Institute of co-operation, aims at celebrating reading and literary creation. The 19th edition 2007 of the three-day event was organized in the city of Tunis on the 19th, 20th and 21st of October and took on the topic “a city, a book“.
